What a fabulous first day of grade one for half of our class. Everyone did an excellent job at quickly adjusting to grade one and the new regulations at school. We did a fabulous job with learning new routines, health procedures , staying at school for lunch and also having some fun!!

 

Ask me to share some of the highlights in my day with you, but here are some that stood out for us…

 

We did some coloring and counting (Kieran)

We did humming in music to O Canada (Zack)

We played at the park for gym (Avianna)

We went on a walk and did some drawing (Hassen)

We drew a picture of ourself (Erika)

We counted the number of letters in our name and made a caterpillar (Isla)

We listed to a story and traced our hands (Boston)

I liked staying at school for lunch (Ethan)

We played a game on the field (Phoenix)

We did our names and played at the park (Dante)
